Sabrina has always dreamed of opening a space for the community that would allow them to connect, reflect & learn. Through the power of manifestation & perseverance, Kasa Kanekshun was brought to life in December of 2022.
Our bungalow was carefully crafted with hand selected aesthetics to create a safe space for the community to practice, grow and connect with authentic & accessible modalities. The offerings are designed to provide guests with moments of pause & renewal through the powers of meditation, sound and movement.

New Moon circles are a magical place for connection with ourselves and the collective. We will drop into our bodies and connect to our inner knowing & wisdom by experiencing a deeply immersive sound bath & visual meditation. Through these modalities we will cultivate an open heart and a clear mind, and from this place we will journal our intentions for the upcoming lunar phase. Here we grow and heal together. An intimate gathering for our hearts and mind with a cacao and soul-soothing sound bath. Cacao (raw chocolate) is a powerful plant medicine that is specially prepared for ceremonial use to help us reconnect with our inner wisdom, get clarity, find peace, and release any energy blockages. A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive meditative experience that uses specifically curated frequencies to invite gentle yet deep journey inward. They promote relaxation, reduce anxiety, stress, and can help us restore harmony in our nervous system, physical, emotional and energetic bodies. The session includes a variety of instruments like crystal bowls, ocean drums, rain sticks, shakers, hand drums, chimes and meditation to help achieve your wellness goals.

energy cleansing ritual
Originating back to Ancient Mayan times, this sound healing-infused herbal cleansing ceremony also known as ‘limpia’ is an energetic and spiritual cleansing using various rare herbs, copal incense, water, and sound instruments. This ceremony serves to remove negative energy, eliminate fear, cleanse the spirit and infuse self-love.

This is a session of beautiful expansion created to enhance connection between you and your partner, providing a safe space to be seen and held. With interactive partnered experiences, sound & reiki energy, you will deepen your understanding of yourself and each other in a true and intimate way.

Our sanctuary is located in the Belle Meade neighborhood in Miami. Our physical address is 7120 Biscayne, we are the rear cottage directly behind the main building off of Biscayne [look for our neighbors Phuc Yea and turn there]. We have parking in front of our bungalow for our guests in addition to ample street parking.

Sound healing creates an environment where your body can release energetic blocks because your mind comes to rest. When you’re immersed in the higher frequencies of instruments like chimes, drums and crystal singing bowls, your brainwaves enter relaxed and meditative states. What makes sound healing so powerful is that it puts you into a deeper state without any effort on your part. The natural process of the sound’s vibration aligns you on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. When you feel relaxed and connected to something greater, your body vibrates at a higher frequency - and that's where the magic happens.

We designed our space & offerings so that guests won't need to bring anything other than an open mind & heart. Should you have a favorite journal or water bottle that you prefer to have with you for your journey please feel free to bring. We provide rugs, bolsters, cushions, eye masks and blankets to ensure you are blissfully comfortable. Dress comfortably as you will be lying down on the ground.

Our group sound journey’s are great for children as an introduction to sound healing. We do recommend that it should be for children 6 years and up and we do require an adult to accompany the entire class.
