An intimate ceremonial gathering where breath, sound, and intentional inner work converge. Guided by Sabrina within a private home, this five-to-six-hour experience creates a supported container to explore what is ready to shift, release, or emerge.
We begin with intention-setting and grounding breathwork before moving into an extended immersive sound journey, allowing ample time to go inward without being rushed. From there, we slowly return through guided journaling, reflection, and open conversation creating space to process, share, and integrate what surfaced. The experience closes around the table with a nourishing meal and organic sips, allowing connection and integration to continue naturally.
