Our sanctuary is located in the Belle Meade neighborhood in Miami. Our physical address is 7120 Biscayne, we are the rear cottage directly behind the main building off of Biscayne [look for our neighbors Phuc Yea and turn there]. We have parking in front of our bungalow for our guests in addition to ample street parking.

Sound healing creates an environment where your body can release energetic blocks because your mind comes to rest. When you’re immersed in the higher frequencies of instruments like chimes, drums and crystal singing bowls, your brainwaves enter relaxed and meditative states. What makes sound healing so powerful is that it puts you into a deeper state without any effort on your part. The natural process of the sound’s vibration aligns you on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. When you feel relaxed and connected to something greater, your body vibrates at a higher frequency - and that's where the magic happens.

We designed our space & offerings so that guests won't need to bring anything other than an open mind & heart. Should you have a favorite journal or water bottle that you prefer to have with you for your journey please feel free to bring. We provide rugs, bolsters, cushions, eye masks and blankets to ensure you are blissfully comfortable. Dress comfortably as you will be lying down on the ground.

Guests have up until 12 hours before the experience start time to cancel for full refund or reschedule. But we understand that life happens, if you have a last minute need please contact us via email.

Our group sound journey’s are great for children as an introduction to sound healing. We do recommend that it should be for children 6 years and up and we do require an adult to accompany the entire class.
