THE GATHERING
A monthly table for women to gather, soften & reconnect.
There was a time when gathering was simply part of how we lived. Women came together around tables, in kitchens, gardens, and homes. Stories were shared. Food was passed. Someone listened. Someone laughed. Someone cried. And without calling it healing, something within us softened simply because we were together.
Somewhere along the way, many of us lost that.
Our lives became fuller, faster, and more connected on the surface yet so many of us are craving the kind of connection that asks us to put our phones away, sit across from one another, and actually be there.
The Gathering was born from my own longing for more of this.
Not another event to attend.
Not another room to network in.
Not another place where we need to introduce, explain, improve, or perform ourselves.
Just a place to come exactly as we are.
Once a month, I will set an intimate table for just 14 women at Kanekshun Portal. Each Gathering will be inspired by a different theme and intentionally unfold from inward reflection into shared connection.
We will begin slowly with a seasonal herbal elixir, meditation, breath, and guided journaling before surrendering into an immersive sound journey a chance to quiet the noise and reconnect with ourselves before opening to one another.
And then, we gather around the table.
Phones away. A beautiful seasonal dinner is shared slowly. Thoughtful questions live around the table, opening the door to conversations we don't always make enough space for.
You can share deeply.
You can listen.
You can laugh.
You can be quiet.
This isn't a dinner party.
It isn't a workshop.
It isn't therapy.
And it isn't networking.
It's a return to something beautifully human: women gathering with intention, nourishing themselves and one another, and remembering that connection itself can be medicine.
SEPTEMBER · SEEN
Who are you when you no longer need to perform who you are?
For our first Gathering, we begin with SEEN.
So much of a woman's life can be spent being what is needed partner, mother, daughter, friend, leader, caretaker, creator. We become incredibly good at showing up.
But beneath everything we hold and everything others know us to be, there is still the woman underneath it all.
This evening is an invitation to meet her.
Through reflection, sound, conversation, and the women sitting beside us, we will explore what it means to truly see ourselves and to allow ourselves to be seen without editing, shrinking, explaining, or performing.
Not What do you do?
Not What have you accomplished?
Not even Who does everyone else need you to be?
But simply:
Who are you when you are allowed to just be?
