Once a month, an intimate group of wellness professionals, facilitators, and space holders will gather for five focused hours of honest conversation, strategy, experimentation, feedback, and hands-on work.
This isn't a workshop where you sit and take notes all afternoon. Bring your business into the room. Your laptop. Your pricing. Your offers. Your half-formed ideas. Your challenges. The proposal you haven't sent. The experience you want to create.

For our first Lab, we are looking ahead to the season and getting clear on what you areselling, who it’s for, how you’re pricing it, and how you want to show up.
We will examine your current offerings and ask: What stays? What needs refining? What are you undercharging for? What could be packaged differently? Where is there room for a signature experience? And what opportunities could you intentionally create for the months ahead?
We will explore pricing, positioning, ideal clients, differentiation, offers, partnerships, and how to communicate the value of what you do with space to apply it directly to your own business. This builds on the original September Lab focus of niche, ideal client, brand, differentiation, and confident pricing.

Where ideas become action. We open the laptops and work pricing, messaging, offers, partnerships, proposals, client journeys, event concepts, marketing, systems, and whatever you're actively building.
OPEN LAB
The final hour belongs to the room: hot seats, feedback, facilitation practice, brainstorming, website reviews, difficult scenarios, experience design, or refining something that surfaced earlier in the day. No two Labs will be exactly the same.
Come with questions. Come with unfinished work. Come willing to share what you know and ask for what you need.
