In honor of World Listening Day, join Sabrina Badeaux of Kanekshun for an immersive experience exploring the art of listening,not only to the sounds around us, but to the wisdom within. Our bodies are constantly communicating through sensation, emotion, intuition, energy, and breath, yet in a world that rewards constant doing, we often overlook these messages.

Through guided dynamic breathwork and a transformative sound healing journey, guests will be invited to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with their inner intelligence. As the breath creates space within the body and nervous system, the vibrations of crystal singing bowls offer an opportunity to observe what is present without judgment.
